Returns Policy

We will only be able to accept returns for products purchased on our website and it is mandatory to attach unboxing video.

Products once purchased are non-refundable. An item may be eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
1.Received  in a physically damaged condition
2.if any  missing parts or accessories found in the shipment
3. If received product is different from ordered

If your package full fills any of the above condition, you would need to inform our Customer Care within 2 business days on receipt of the package, by writing to us at info@bindtbeauty.com or calling on 1800 120 7242 between 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Return requests will be validated by our team and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email within 2 business days. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team.

On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 3 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter.


Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued to you. If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

Exchange Policy

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt / price tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged and unused condition.


Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

Cancellations

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason and there shall be no refund , except if:
a. If the product delivered is defective or spurious, or
b. if the product delivered is not of the characteristics or features as advertised;
c. If there is unreasonable delay in delivery over and above delivery schedule

Offers Policy

We will only be able to provide free samples on order value placed in a single order, following conditions are applicable on availing free samples.

1: Samples are of size 2gms and under - full-sized products are weighed at 5gms. 

2: Avail two free samples on orders worth 3000 INR and above, samples will only be provided for Crimson Tint and Moonstone Illuminator. 

3: Avail two free samples on orders worth 5000 INR and above, samples will only be provided for Crimson Tint, Moonstone Illuminator and Cacao Concealer. 

Any order that is below the specified value is not fit to avail the samples. We won't be able to provide different shades for free samples.
